Primary research of dissolved phosphorus bacteria of dominant plant
rihizosphere dissolving phosphorus capability in desert grassland

Abstract: Phosphate dissolving bacteria from different dominant plant Rihizosphere in Ali region of Tibet were screed and their phosphate dissolving ability were checked primarily by using petri medium and selectivity medium, six strains were presented obvious transparence circle on Mendajin organic phosphorus medium that D/d value is between 1.164~1.298; Five strains owned phosphate dissolving ability that D/d value is between 1.164~1.298. One strain dissolved not only organic phosphorus but also inorganicphosphorus. The strains were cultured in liquid medium, effective phosphorus quantity were increased by 8.933~20.932 and 10.981~36.220μg/mL respectively by using molybdenum-blue colorimetry. The results showed that the strains of PWXZ6,NXZ4 has better dissolved inorganicphosphorus ,and NXY18 has better dissolved organicphosphorus. So the three kinds of strains have better potential for further studying
